We have recieved your order and will fulfill it as quickly as possible. 
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Your order may require additional time to ship during holidays when our business is closed.  
Orders placed on Friday with next day air shipping service will not be delivered until the next business day (Monday).
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at shop@hirshleifers.com for an update. 
Occasionally, we may be unable to fulfill an order due to an inventory discrepancy, damaged or oversold item. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you by email.
Our website uses fraud detection software to review each order prior to fulfillment to determine if there is any risk. If your order is flagged for potential fraud we will cancel and refund the payment and notify you by email.
