Shipping Costs
US customers enjoy free ground shipping on orders $250+. 
On US orders below $250, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and they may vary by merchandise and destination. 
For all International orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and they may vary by merchandise and destination. 
All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country, which will be charged to you upon delivery of your order. These costs are in addition to the merchandise price and shipping fees charged at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and we do not offer compensation to cover these costs. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If the item is not received due to an issue with the destination country’s customs protocols, we cannot provide reimbursement.

Order Fulfillment
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Your order may require additional time to ship during holidays when our business is closed.  You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at shop@hirshleifers.com for an update. 
Orders placed on Friday with next day air shipping service will not be delivered until the next business day (Monday).

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Return Policy for Online Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) for store credit or full refund of the item price. ​Refunds will be processed for the price of the returned item(s) only. Initial shipping costs (including international customs fees and duties) will not be refunded.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt. 
Returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Hirshleifers Inc. reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is saleable. Item(s) that are worn, damaged or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
If an item is listed on our website as "final sale", it is excluded from our normal return policy. All items discounted 60% or greater are final sale.

Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
You may return eligible items for store credit only within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in-store. Returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Hirshleifers Inc. reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is saleable. Item(s) that are worn, damaged or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for a return. 

Beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All sale merchandise purchased in-store is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I choose the right size?

Our website reflects accurate inventory availability on hundreds of styles. In addition there are many brands and styles available exclusively in-store. If you're searching for a coveted Chanel, Celine or Gucci piece you've seen on the Hirshleifers' instagram feeds, a sought-after sneaker drop or a trend you'd like to try contact our dedicated stylist team at:

How do I check if an item is in stock?

We have recieved your order and will fulfill it as quickly as possible. 
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Your order may require additional time to ship during holidays when our business is closed.

Occasionally, we may be unable to fulfill an order due to an inventory discrepancy, damaged or oversold item. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you by email.
Our website uses fraud detection software to review each order prior to fulfillment to determine if there is any risk. If your order is flagged for potential fraud we will cancel and refund the payment and notify you by email.
