Return Policy for Online Orders shipped within United States

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) for store credit or full refund of the item price. Refunds will be processed for the price of the returned item(s) only. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt. 

• Returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Hirshleifers Inc. reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is saleable. Item(s) that are worn, damaged or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

• If an item is listed on our website as "final sale", it is excluded from our normal return policy. All items discounted 60% or greater are final sale.

For US Orders- How to return 

Visit our self-service returns center to initiate a return or exchange. Enter your order number and indicate the item(s) you wish to return to confirm the items are eligible within our return policy. 

If your return is authorized, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return your order. Shipping labels are provided for US customers only. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Package item(s) in box and send using provided shipping label. 

Once your return is received by Hirshleifers our team will inspect the item for any signs of wear, damage or missing components. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund and you will receive an email confirming your return is complete.

If an exchange is being made, the your desired item will be shipped when your returned item is received and inspected.

Please note items purchased at a discount of 60% or more cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return Policy for International Orders

Beginning July 8, 2025- Any order shipped outside of the United States is a final sale. We do not allow returns or exchanges on international orders.
